We are proud of the high ratio of adults to children in our group. This ensures individual attention to the needs and development of each child.

We are fortunate to have a very enthusiastic and adaptable team.
Our aim is that all staff will continue to attend short training courses in order to update their skills in all areas of the curriculum.

Staff skills include:

• Diplomas in Pre school practice level 3

• Basic first aid (all staff)

• Child protection

• Special Needs

• Curriculum Planing (planning)

• NVQ in child care level 3
